Activision wants to make sure that you not only end up buying the DLC season pass for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, but that you do so as soon as the game is available.
To convince you that's a good idea, the company today released the trailer you see above. There are four DLC packs the season pass entitles you to: Havoc, Ascendance, Supremacy, and Reckoning. With none of those expected out until next year, the question begging to be asked is why anyone would feel the need to to buy the season pass now.
As previously announced, the Atlas Gorge multiplayer map (the remake of CoD 4's Pipeline) will be made available right from launch for anyone who buys the season pass, and you can see it in action in today's trailer. Of course, odds are that you haven't actually gotten to play the game yet, so it all looks quite awesome. Because of that, though, it's hard to make any judgments about what's being shown with the game still a week away.
Should you decide to wait to find out more details about the DLC, it doesn't sound as if you're be hurting for stuff to do--there are 13 maps included right out of the box for all players.
Advanced Warfare launches next Tuesday, November 4--or November 3, if you preorder the Day One edition or simply head to Walmart.
